If you're searching in the southern portion of Cape Coral or in Fort Myers, then you'll be touring on a beautiful 2002 Silverton 35' Yacht!

You must be a serious buyer and a pre-qualification from a local mortgage lender, mortgage broker, or bank is essential.  Again, you're not obligated to buy anything, but we must know you are capable of it before we hit the water.
